Venue rules
Users and accompanying guests must follow these rules:
- Use only the assigned court during the booked time.
- Wear suitable sports footwear that will not damage the court.
- Please do not wear sneakers with dark-colored soles, as they may leave dark marks on the court.
- Follow staff instructions, on-site notices, and safety requirements.
- Do not smoke, use illegal drugs, bring dangerous items, or engage in unlawful conduct.
- Do not damage equipment, interfere with other users, or engage in dangerous conduct.
- Without prior approval, do not resell a booking, provide paid instruction, conduct commercial filming, or engage in other profit-making activities.
- After use, restore the court and equipment to their original condition and remove personal belongings and waste.
Accompanying guests
The booking holder must inform accompanying guests of important rules and help ensure that they comply.
Cancellation & refund policy
Unless applicable law or the booking page provides terms more favorable to the consumer, customer-initiated cancellations are handled as follows:
- Cancellation at least 48 hours before the booking start time (including exactly 48 hours): free cancellation and a full refund of the amount paid.
- Less than 48 hours before the booking start time: cancellations are not permitted and payments are non-refundable.
- Failure to attend without prior cancellation: the booking is treated as used and is non-refundable.
- Promotions, tournaments, group reservations, and special events may have separate cancellation terms, which will be clearly disclosed before payment.
Refund method
Refunds are generally returned to the original payment method. The actual posting time depends on the bank or payment provider.
These cancellation terms do not exclude or limit any consumer right to rescind, terminate, receive a refund, or claim damages under applicable law.

01Can I come if I have never played pickleball before?
Absolutely. Whether it is your first time or you already have a regular crew, you are welcome at The Picknic Club.
02How do I book a court?
Sign in, choose dates and courts, then pay in full within 10 minutes. Your booking is confirmed after payment verification.
03Do I need to bring a paddle and ball?
No. Paddles and pickleballs are available to use for free. Just wear comfortable sportswear and court-ready shoes.
04How many people can use one court?
Each court booking can accommodate up to eight people.
05Can I book multiple courts or time slots?
Yes. Choose multiple courts and any available time slots in one booking. The system groups your selections and calculates the total automatically.
06Can I cancel or change my booking?
Cancel at least 48 hours before the booking start time (including exactly 48 hours) for free cancellation and a full refund. Less than 48 hours before the start time, cancellations are not permitted and payments are non-refundable.
07Is parking available?
Yes. Car and scooter parking is available at the venue entrance.
08What are the opening hours?
Weekdays 10:00–22:00; Weekends & designated holidays 09:00–22:00
09Can I bring drinks?
Water and sports drinks are welcome, but please enjoy them in the lounge rather than on court.
10Can I arrange a private or corporate event?
Yes. Contact us about corporate events, brand collaborations, private hire or other group requirements.
