1. Service Provider

2. Services

This website provides venue information, court bookings, class or event registration, payment services, and related customer support.

Opening hours, prices, the number of courts, event details, and bookable time slots are governed by the information displayed on the booking page at the time of booking.

3. Privacy and Personal Data

The venue collects, processes, and uses the personal data you provide when registering, booking a court, completing payment, contacting customer support, or using the website in accordance with Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act and the Privacy Policy published on this website.

Please refer to the Privacy Policy for details about the categories of personal data collected, purposes of use, retention periods, recipients, and the rights available to you.

If you do not provide information required to complete a booking, payment, or identity check, the venue may be unable to provide the relevant service.

4. Account and Information Accuracy

You must provide accurate, complete, and reachable contact information and keep your account, password, and sign-in information secure.

Notify the venue immediately if you discover unauthorized use of your account. Liability for loss caused by impersonation, inaccurate information, or failure to safeguard an account will be determined under applicable law according to the responsibility of each party.

5. Booking Confirmation

Submitting booking details does not by itself complete a booking. A booking is confirmed after the following conditions have been met:

  1. The system displays a successful booking or the venue sends a confirmation notice.
  2. Any booking requiring advance payment has been paid in full.
  3. The venue confirms that the selected time and service can be provided.

6. Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in New Taiwan dollars. The tax-inclusive total shown on the checkout page is the amount payable.

Payments may be processed by banks, card issuers, or third-party payment providers. You must also comply with the applicable provider's terms of use and privacy policy.

After payment, the venue will provide an electronic invoice, receipt, or other transaction record in accordance with its operating procedures.

7. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refunds

Unless applicable law or the booking page provides terms more favorable to the consumer, customer-initiated cancellations are handled as follows:

  1. Cancellation at least 48 hours before the booking start time (including exactly 48 hours): free cancellation and a full refund of the amount paid.
  2. Less than 48 hours before the booking start time: cancellations are not permitted and payments are non-refundable.
  3. Failure to attend without prior cancellation: the booking is treated as used and is non-refundable.
  4. Promotions, tournaments, group reservations, and special events may have separate cancellation terms, which will be clearly disclosed before payment.

8. Weather and Venue Conditions

For outdoor courts, the venue may suspend or cancel use when rain, strong wind, lightning, extreme heat, poor air quality, or another condition could affect safety or court use.

If the service cannot be provided because of equipment failure, maintenance, government orders, natural disasters, or another cause, you may choose to:

  1. Reschedule at no additional charge.
  2. Receive venue credit of equal value.
  3. Request a refund for the unused portion of the service.

9. Late Arrival and Booking Time

A late arrival does not extend the original booking period. Users must collect their belongings and leave before the booking ends so the next group is not delayed.

Any extension must be confirmed by the venue and paid for separately. Users may not occupy a later time slot without approval.

10. Venue Rules

Users and accompanying guests must follow these rules:

  1. Use only the assigned court during the booked time.
  2. Wear suitable sports footwear that will not damage the court.
  3. Please do not wear sneakers with dark-colored soles, as they may leave dark marks on the court.
  4. Follow staff instructions, on-site notices, and safety requirements.
  5. Do not smoke, use illegal drugs, bring dangerous items, or engage in unlawful conduct.
  6. Do not damage equipment, interfere with other users, or engage in dangerous conduct.
  7. Without prior approval, do not resell a booking, provide paid instruction, conduct commercial filming, or engage in other profit-making activities.
  8. After use, restore the court and equipment to their original condition and remove personal belongings and waste.

11. Health and Sports Safety

Pickleball and other sports may involve risks such as falls, collisions, sprains, and other injuries. You are responsible for deciding whether to participate based on your health, fitness, and skill level and for preparing suitable clothing and protective equipment.

If you feel unwell, are injured, or have been advised by a medical professional to avoid strenuous exercise, stop the activity and seek medical assistance when necessary.

The venue is not responsible for loss caused by a user's health condition, violation of safety rules, misuse, or another reason attributable to the user. This clause does not release the venue from any responsibility imposed by law for court safety, equipment maintenance, or other matters.

12. Equipment and Personal Property

Users must handle nets, paddles, balls, and other equipment responsibly. If equipment or property is damaged intentionally or negligently, the venue may seek reasonable compensation based on the actual loss.

You are responsible for safeguarding your phone, wallet, paddle, and other personal belongings. If an item is lost or stolen, the venue will assist with a search or provide necessary information, while responsibility will be determined according to the circumstances and applicable law.

13. Minors

Anyone under 18 must obtain consent from a legal representative before making a booking, completing payment, or joining an activity.

Depending on the activity, the venue may require a minor to be accompanied by a parent, legal representative, or qualified adult.

14. Event Photography

The venue may arrange photography or video recording during competitions, classes, or public events and may use the resulting records on its website or social media.

Appropriate notice will be provided on the event page or at the venue. If you do not wish to be photographed or have your image published, notify staff in advance, and the venue will assist where reasonably practicable.

Without another user's consent, you may not photograph them at close range, livestream them, or use their image in a way that could infringe their privacy.

15. Website Content and Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the text, photographs, videos, logos, trademarks, interface, and other content on this website are owned by the venue or their lawful rights holders.

Without prior written consent, you may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly transmit, commercially use, or impersonate the venue using this content.

16. Website Availability

The venue will take reasonable steps to maintain the website and booking system but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

If maintenance, network failure, third-party service disruption, or force majeure causes a booking or payment issue, the venue will help verify the transaction status and provide a reasonable solution.

17. Violations

If a user violates these Terms, venue rules, the safety of others, applicable law, or payment requirements, the venue may, as appropriate:

  1. Require the conduct to stop immediately.
  2. Suspend or end the current use of the venue.
  3. Cancel future bookings or restrict account access.
  4. Seek compensation under applicable law for actual loss.
  5. Notify the police or relevant authorities when necessary.

18. Changes to These Terms

The venue may revise these Terms when its services, operations, or applicable laws change. Updated terms and the revision date will be published on the website.

Confirmed bookings generally remain subject to the terms in effect when the booking was made, unless applicable law provides otherwise, the parties agree otherwise, or the updated terms are more favorable to the consumer.

19. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).

If a dispute arises, the parties should first attempt to resolve it in good faith through customer support. If no resolution can be reached, the district court where the venue is located will be the court of first instance, without excluding any consumer jurisdiction rights protected by the Consumer Protection Act or Code of Civil Procedure.
